On Line Commission Bidding
Gardiner Houlgate will be pleased to bid on your behalf if you are unable to attend the sale. This on line commission bidding facility is provided as a convenient way of sending your bids direct to us without having to obtain, sign and fax (or post) back a paper bidding form. Gardiner Houlgate do not charge for this service.
Note: If you send commission bids via an internet 'Live' bidding service you have to pay an additional buyer's premium of typically 3% of each winning bid. So use of this form will guarantee that your bids are not part of any internet live bidding system and no additional fees will be levied.
You can send up to 50 bids at a time. Please leave your maximum price and we will endeavour to purchase the lot for you as cheaply as possible. You must, as a minimum, complete the fields marked with an * if you want your bids to be accepted. Bids should be in whole UK Pounds. All online bids must be submitted by 5pm the day before the sale.
We strongly advise that you obtain a condition report from us, prior to leaving absentee bids. You are advised to contact us to confirm safe receipt of your bids.

Should you wish to alter or withdraw a bid you have made using this facility please contact us directly, please do not use this form for this purpose.
